Onboarding a New Client

1. Assign a new OpenPhone number for the client
2. Create or select the GHL subaccount
3. Get the subaccount's PIT (Private Integration Token)
4. Get the GHL phone number(s) for this subaccount (for dedup)
5. Add the mapping in the Mappings tab above
